Plastic bearing that spins and throws off water [*Samples available*]
Because it's plastic, it's water-resistant! It is used in various machines such as pool vacuums, dishwashers, body washers, Jacuzzis, and showers.
Bearings that move in water are preferably made of plastic. They are resistant to rust and do not require grease. They can rotate and stir the water flow, making it possible to generate electricity from the water's current. With a light rotational torque, they will rotate in the same way even if the fluid is not water (such as air). We will replace the inner ring, outer ring, cage, and other surrounding components with plastic and use injection molding. It is possible to create a compact, lightweight, and cost-effective product (approximately 1/3 the weight and 1/3 the rotational torque). *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
